Mindful Pause began with a question: How do we live fully when life doesn’t go to plan?
For me, that question surfaced during a time of illness, grief, and mid-life change, when everything felt uncertain and unfamiliar.
In that space, mindfulness offered me a way to reconnect with myself and meet life’s challenges with greater presence and self-kindness.
Now I share these practices with others who are living with loss, facing health concerns, or navigating life’s uncertainties — and longing for steadiness and care.
